Return & Exchange Policy

• Return is only available at the time of delivery. Please inspect your parcel carefully before accepting it. Once you receive and accept the parcel, no return or refund will be accepted afterward.

• For any faulty or damaged product, customer must inform us within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement of the same product, or the customer may choose another product of equal or higher value. Alternatively, a full refund will be provided.

• You can exchange your product(s) within 7 days of delivery with the same product or any other item(s) at same or higher price.

• Products must be in their original, unused condition with all tags intact for an exchange to be valid.

• Customized or sale items are not eligible for exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect.

• Shipping charges for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

• Contact our customer service team within 7 days to initiate an exchange and we’ll guide you through the process.
